ABOUT GERALD J. LEFEBVRE
Gerald J. Lefebvre was born on August 1, 1967 to his parents Richard and Mary Lefebvre in Meriden Connecticut. Gerald was instilled at an early age with the values of hard work, perseverance and honesty.
Gerald attended the University of New Haven for two years studying Criminal Justice. He became a police officer in Meriden and left to return to school to complete his studies. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Political Science.

COLLIER COUNTY RESIDENT SINCE 2001
Gerald’s parents moved to Collier County in 1995 to be close to family and Gerald followed his parents in 2001 calling Collier County home. Upon arriving he received his Florida Real Estate Sales License and in 2005 he obtained his Florida Real Estate Broker’s License. Gerald has owned his own real estate company Gulfline Realty LLC since 2009 and has worked at John R. Wood Properties since 2015. He also received his Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license in 2009.
In 2009 Gerald married Susan and they have two young children. Susan works for a large bank as Trust Officer here in Naples. Their children both attend Collier County Public Schools. Their 9-year-old son plays tennis and likes to work on computers. Their 7-year-old daughter plays flag football, basketball, baseball and participates in gymnastics.
Leadership
Gerald was a member of Collier County Code Enforcement Board from 2002 through January 2022. He has served in leadership roles on the Board including Chairman in 2008 and 2011 and Vice Chairman in 2007 and 2012- January 2022.
Gerald has been actively involved in several community leadership roles. He served on the Board of Directors for EXEL Foundation from 2016-2018. The EXEL foundation raises money for under priviledged children, so they can attend early learning centers. He was also an elder for a local church from 2018-2021. He was an assistant coach for North Naples Little League from 2017-2021 coaching his two children’s baseball teams.
My time on the Collier County Code Enforcement Board has afforded me the ability to listen to the residents of Collier County and to find a positive resolution to issues. I had the pleasure to serve the community for nearly 20 years.
Community Involvement
Gerald is a realtor and has been involved in Naples Area Board of Realtors. He has been a member of the Governmental Issues Committee since 2008 and was Vice-Chair and Chairman twice. Gerald received the distinguished Ad Miller Award in 2011. This award is given to an individual that is recognized for the preservation of property rights. He also won the Naples Area Board of Realtors Citizen of the Year Award in 2015. Gerald was a member of the Global Committee from 2009-2012. Gerald has been a member of both the Global and Commercial Committees for several years.
My family has roots planted in Collier County. This has expanded my knowledge and understanding of what people in District 2 would expect from their commissioner.
